Ultrasonographic findings of cervical lymph nodes

ABSTRACT
Ultrasonography is an accurate and cost-effective diagnostic tool for cervical lymph node assessment. This article briefly reviews the key grayscale (size, shape, echogenicity, fatty hilum, and calcification) and color doppler ultrasound findings which can help distinguish benign and malignant lymph nodes.
