ABSTRACT |
n this case, there is a high possibility of an eosinophilic liver abscess in the liver mass of a patient with eosinophilia in a blood test, but it is necessary to differentiate it from malignant diseases such as metastatic cancer on imaging modalities. Eosinophilic liver abscess could be diagnosed when the margins of multiple lesions and masses are unclear on ultrasound findings and eosinophilia is present in blood tests. However, in cases where the boundaries are relatively clear, as in this case, follow-up through additional imaging modalities is required. |
